Ecorys Academy, has specialy desgined this course to provide you with the essence of Scenario Analysis technique to prepare yourself and your organization for the unpreparable and unpredictable and anticipate the future!

The two day workshop starts with a brainstorm to identify so called ‘driving forces’.

The participants will then ‘build’ the different scenarios: how will the future develop?  What are important events? What time lines? etc. This will be on the base of action learning, using your own organisation as subject.

On the basis of the scenarios and the ambition of your organisation, the second day (scheduled four
weeks later) you will brainstorm on measures and actions to be taken in each scenario.

The workshop will end with the ‘robustness-test’: what measures/actions should you always implement, regardless the future, and what measures/actions are scenario-specific, to be implemented only in certain situations? You and your organization are now future proof!

This workshop is tailor made. Date and location will be determined together with the client.

To “implement” the scenarios within the own organization, it is necessary that there are at least 4
weeks between the first day and the second day.
