Albina is an expert in introduction of modern methods of public finance management, including performance-oriented budgeting, multy-year financial planning, monitoring of budgetary programmes, strategical planning of state bodies' activities. She has good skills in development of programme and project evaluation methodology, in methodology of sociological interrogation, in analysis of indicators system in frame of the monitoring of budgetary targeted programmes implementation. Albina has contributed to elaboration of draft legal acts on public expenditures management. She has vast experience as a speaker at various seminars, workshops and conferences.
