Wim Spit (1960) is economist and presently managing director of ECORYS Transport, one of the divisions of ECORYS Netherlands. Wim is specialist in appraisal, evaluation and monitoring of polices, programmes and projects. He has delivered trainings in such fields in particular in relation the field of transport and infrastructure, such as roads, ports and urban transport, as well as in related infrastructure fields (water supply and sanitation, energy). His training experience includes courses for students of developing countries (UNESCO IHE, Erasmus University), of government officials of Eastern European countries (Bulgaria, Romania), as well as for Dutch government officials (Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management;, Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
