Oleg Smorodinov is an expert in the fields of financial management, HR-management, internal control and audit, resource allocation management and costing in public sector. Oleg also has extended experience in the fields of retail banking, electronic commerce, and corporate governance and corporate strategic planning in private sector.

Oleg is an author of 2 books and over 150 publications in research and specialist journals. He was invited as a speaker to a number of conferences and industry events. He worked as a lecturer and trainer in several business schools (The Lomonosov Moscow State University, The Academy of National Economy, etc.).
