Picture Bas ScholtenSenior transport economist with focus on rail and urban public transport. His general areas of expertise are economic appraisal of investment in infrastructure, socio-economic cost benefit analyses, traffic forecasting, ex-ante / mid-term and ex-post evaluations and training. His expertise also covers other theoretical and practical evaluation methodologies (e.g. Logical Framework Analysis). He has working experience in Indonesia, Senegal, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Kosovo, Poland, Turkey, Portugal and the Russian Federation.
