 Richard Liebrechts is a highly qualified professional with more than 10 years training experience in the fields of cost-benefit analysis (CBA), Project Cycle Management, Logframes, and Monitoring and Evaluation. Richard coordinates the training programme of staff within the ECORYS division of Macro and Sector Policies and is a driving force behind the internal ECORYS Academy.Richard has been long-term team leader of project appraisals under the Dutch Tied-Aid programme ORET. In this capacity he organised annual workshops and seminars in project appraisal, and cost benefit analysis to both internal and client staff. Next to his CBA expertise, Richard specialises in private sector development and foreign direct investment promotion. He provides training regularly to investment promotion agencies in all stages of investment promotion. Since an audience of quiet and uncommitted trainees is what he fears most, Richard focuses on a participative way of knowledge exchange. He easily interacts with trainees with different backgrounds, occasionally does some role-playing games, and makes sure humor is an essential element of his trainings. |
