A trainer of social skills, who for many years has been working with different vocational groups, designs and implements training programmes for management and employees of companies (e.g. on the topic of communication, team building and working with groups, motivation, staff assessment and career development, management, customer service, coping with stress, management of self and others in time).
She is a technical coordinator and implementator of national and EU projects connected with preventing unemployment, problems of vocational start and development, quality research and evaluation of training activities and projects. She is also a key expert for evaluation of a pilot programme - Job-Rotation in Łódzkie region, PHARE, expert for evaluation of "New Impulse - development projects for rural schools in Łódzkie region", ESF, SOP, HRD project , a Team coordinator for personnel assessment in the National Centre for Supporting Vocational and Long-term Education.
She runs workshops for students of vocational counselling and classess on post-graduate tudies of vocational counselling at the Institute of Psychology of the Łódź University. She also is an author of articles and books devoted to the above topics: Methodology and Education materials to plan students' educational and vocational career, Methods of work with children and youth - scenarios for classes on planning vocational and educational career, How to win with unemployment - guidelines for counselling work and examples of good practice.
