A training course in how to successfully draft projects for regional development and innovation projects. The course uses a format and methodology (logical framework approach) for good project proposals and shows the critical factors and consequences of errors. It is critical that the relevant partners are involved from the beginning, risk factors are included in the project design and the aims and outputs of the projects are defined with measurable indicators. Planning, budgeting and resources allocation are important topics of the course.  The course is developed for project promoters and developers in government institutions, regions and NGOs and can be tailor made to the specific sector (innovation, regional development, urban development etc).
