European Social Fund) and IPA for Human Resources Development (Labour market, Education and Social Policies). | | | | | | Introduction | | This training gives an introduction in programme and project cycle management for the EU Funds as European Social Fund and for Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA) Component Human Resources Development. The training is very relevant for staff working in EU Departments in Ministries of Labour and Social Affairs or Education managing the Operational Programmes on Human Resources Development and/or for intermediate bodies or beneficiaries (labour market institutions, employment agencies, NGOs etc). The training includes working with real sector specific materials and programme and project examples, best practices and case studies in the field of Human Resource Development.
