Training  Project Cycle Management Cohesion Fund and IPA Environment
   
Introduction 

This training gives an introduction in programme and project cycle management for the EU Funds for Instrument for Pre-Accession in the field of environment. The training is very relevant for staff working in EU IPA Departments in the Ministry of Environment managing the Operational Programme Environment or for intermediate bodies or beneficiaries (municipalities preparing and implementing projects in the fields of waste, water or biodiversity).

Duration Minimum 4 days, maximum 2 weeks. For specific topics 2-3 days in depth courses are possible, such as for cost estimation and financing, feasibility study and Cost Benefit Analysis, procurement or monitoring and evaluation.
