Chris has 18 years experience gained in the private, public, voluntary and community sectors and re-joined ECOTEC from URS Economic Development and Planning in 2002. He has an excellent working knowledge of urban and social policy agendas with specific experience in regional economic development and learning & skills.

Whilst with ECOTEC, Chris has worked on a variety of assignments, ranging from evaluation, impact assessments and labour market analyses to strategy development, bid writing and a range of technical assistance functions. He was Director of ECOTEC's Pan London Objective 3 Team, delivering a £60 million regional ESF programme aimed at addressing labour market disadvantage in the capital and has recently moved on to direct the Managing Body for the DCSF £100 million Youth Sector Development Fund.

Chris has delivered a number of training courses for a range of clients, including Government Departments and national agencies. He is currently delivering training on integrating sustainable development into ESF programmes and has previously delivered a range of programme and project management related courses.
