Hans Vogelaar is a seasoned transport economist who was involved in hundreds of projects in some seventy developing/transition countries all over the world, as a researcher, policy advisor, evaluator and capacity builder. Many of these activities included on-the-job and formal training. Recently he was trainer/lecturer transport sector Project Cycle Management and Cost-Benefit Analysis in Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Albania.
