Training Intensive Summer Course on Structural Funds
   
Aim  The ECORYS Academy has designed this intensive summer course
for government officials from New Member States involved in
Structural Funds, and those from Candidate States involved in
the management of Structural Funds/IPA.
   
Subjects 

A combination of seven modules, each with practical sessions
and exercises, creating a comfortable and interactive working atmosphere:

  • Module 1: EU Structural Funds: concepts and context;
  • Module 2: Strategic Planning and Programming; 
  • Module 3: Implementation and Absorption Capacity; 
  • Module 4: Financial Management, Control and Rules;
  • Module 5: Monitoring and Evaluation;
  • Module 6: Negotiations;
  • Module 7: assignment EC-funded project proposal preparation and
    project cycle management;
   
 Gains 

After participation in this intensive Summer Course, participants will
be able to use their acquired knowledge and skills in their working e
nvironment and have knowledge and insight in managing and/or
applying for EU funds.

   
 Duration  One full week, from Monday 6th to Friday 10th June.
   
 Traning type Open training
Lecture (classroom training) combined with interactive coached
sessions and practical exercises.
