The ECORYS Academy has designed this intensive winter course
based on our experience with the 'regular' MTEC IPA
and Structural Funds training that we have been providing since 2001.
This course is designed for government officials from New
Member States involved in the management of Structural Funds
and/or IPA .

A combination of seven modules, each with practical sessions
and exercises, creating a comfortable and interactive
working atmosphere:

• Module 1: EU Structural Funds: concepts and context;
• Module 2: Strategic Planning and Programming; 
• Module 3: Implementation and Absorption Capacity; 
• Module 4: Financial Management, Control and Rules;
• Module 5: Monitoring and Evaluation;
• Module 6: Negotiations;
• Module 7: assignment EC-funded project proposal preparation and
  project cycle management;

After participation in this intensive Winter Course, participants will
be able to use their acquired knowledge and skills in their working
environment and have knowledge and insight in managing and/or
applying for EU funds.
