ECORYS' expertise ECORYS has provided similar courses during the implementation of large Technical Assistance Projects on Public Finance Management in various countries in Central and Eastern Europe (Latvia, Bulgaria, Slovakia), Russia and in a number of developing countries in Africa. Participants included budget analysts of ministries of finance, financial specialists and sub-national levels of government.
