ECORYS organised once more an INTERREG Project Development Training in Brussels on 17-19 March 2010.

What is this course about?
The ECORYS INTERREG Project Development Training is an exciting experience yet based on a pragmatic approach. This 2.5-day course provides the opportunity to work on your own proposal, incorporating newly-acquired knowledge and skills to immediate effect in all stages of proposal preparation, from understanding requirements, to writing your proposal, and to presenting it successfully.

Why now?
INTERREG is a major European fund that stimulates international positioning, knowledge development and exchange. Yet, competition for this fund is increasingly fierce. Preparing a good and successful INTERREG project proposal is nowadays far from an easy task:  new requirements on partners, finance, indicators, project logic and the challenges of international cooperation all add to the challenge. 

Working on your own proposal
ECORYS has therefore developed a training course that boosts the quality of your proposal.  The training provides guidance on how to meet the requirements for the new programme period 2007-2013 and how to improve your proposal's chances of success in both content and organisation.

  Our Trainers
  Our trainers have many years of experience in proposal preparation, implementation and appraisal. Together, they have trained hundreds of people. Their understanding of the processes and details of INTERREG project proposals means they are ideally placed to help you add value to your proposals and ultimately improve the success rate of obtaining funding to translate your cross-border, international or interregional project ideas into practice.

  Practicalities

  • Language: English, a good working knowledge of English is required;
  • Size of groups: Maximum 25 participants; 
  • Concept of training: Combination of interactive work sessions, exercises and presentations;
  • Assessment: There will be a jury providing feedback on your proposal.
  • Location ; Brussels, the heart of Europe. When needed, ECORYS Academy can support you in finding accommodation.
  • Follow-up: After the training you can present your proposal once to the trainers for a feedback on how to improve the proposal.
  • Price: € 1,250. This is excluding VAT, travel and accommodation but including training material, 2 lunches and 1 dinner. Financial support reimbursement can be received from some EU programmes, government funding schemes or private funds. More information about our training fees here.
